The diameter and the height of an aluminum alloy barrel for rescuing a drowner are 70cm and 80cm respectively, the bottom of the aluminum alloy barrel is provided with a rectangular frame center middle portion with the length of 1m and the width of 70cm, the edge of the aluminum alloy barrel is cut to form a gap with the area of 40cm*20cm, the gap is provided with a pillow plastic entity with cranks at two ends, the cranks are arranged at the gap of the aluminum alloy barrel and can rotate the plastic entity, and when the drowner is rescued, the abdomen of the drowner is prostrated on the plastic entity, two legs of the drowner are hitched by two belts beside the aluminum alloy barrel in order to prevent the drowner from sliding into water, and the cranks are slowly shaken back and forth to make the plastic entity rotate back and forth in order to discharge water accumulated water in the abdomen and wait for the belly of the awakening of the drowner. In the drowner rescuing process, the drowner is always not out of the water, and the knees are immersed in water.
