The invention discloses a full-covering pre-hospital overall rescuing method for rescuing a sudden death. The method comprises two parts of a planar first aid and a three-dimensional first aid. The planar first aid is a ground first aid, a plurality of intelligent cardiopulmonary resuscitation public first aid platforms are preset in each unit range (3.14 KM2) on a plane through ground indoor (including floor indoor) and outdoor preset AED, and the intelligent cardiopulmonary resuscitation public first aid platforms are provided with the AED in advance which is used for emergency taking of people suffering from a sudden death within gold four minutes, and first-aid propaganda and education and training videos and medical emergency treatment and epidemic prevention supplies at ordinary times. The three-dimensional first aid is composed of a first-aid unmanned aerial vehicle and AED intelligent storage, release and precise home entry and other links. During use, the unmanned aerial vehicle+AED are remotely controlled to actively fly to an emergency alarm place, the AED is released to be used by an observer, and the unmanned aerial vehicle automatically flies back. Through a combination of the planar first aid and three-dimensional first aid, a probability that a patient obtains the life-rescuing perfect tool AED can be greatly increased, and the rescue probability of people suffering from a sudden death can be guaranteed to the maximum extent.

    本发明公开了一种拯救猝死之单元全覆盖院前整体拯救法,该方法包括平面急救和立体急救两部分,平面急救即地面急救,是经地面室内(含楼层室内)和室外预置AED,于平面上以每一单元范围内(3.14KM2)预置智能心肺复苏公共急救平台若干,智能心肺复苏公共急救平台内预置有AED供猝死者“黄金4分钟”内紧急取用、还有供平时使用的急救宣教和培训视频和医用急诊及防疫用品,立体急救则由急救用无人机和AED智能贮存、释放、以及精准入户等环节组成,使用时由远程控制无人机+AED主动飞行至紧急报警地点,释放AED给目击者使用,无人机自动飞回。本发明通过平面急救和立体急救相结合可大幅提高患者获得救命神器AED救治的几率,将最大限度保障意外猝死者的获救概率。
