The invention relates to an outdoor electric conduction prevention and insulation facility structure for an electric system. The outdoor electric conduction prevention and insulation facility structure for the electric system is characterized by comprising an elastic insulation baffle (1), two end locking devices (2), and a connecting device (3), wherein the two end locking devices (2) are mounted on the connecting device (3) through nuts, and are locked; and the elastic insulation baffle (1) is mounted between the two end locking devices (2) and the bottoms of rails, or mounted between the two end locking devices (2) and the connecting device (3). The elastic insulation baffle (1) is a rubber material element. The outdoor electric conduction prevention and insulation facility structure for the electric system has the advantages that the problem of insulation of outdoor electric systems is effectively solved; the cost is low; the operation is simple; few tools are required; and the facility structure is convenient to construct and mount in fields.
