Provided are three types of devices for saving energy and reducing emission by utilizing inertia force for a motor vehicle. The first type of device utilizes one-way drive to saving energy and reducing emission and comprises a one-way driver and a locking device, namely an accelerator is pedaled to speed up and is lifted to save oil. According to the second type of device, two air cylinders are disconnected when the motor vehicle does not need powerful power, the fuel consumption is reduced by 50%, the work of four air cylinders is automatically recovered when the powerful power is needed, the energy is saved and the emission is reduced by 20%, and the effect is very obvious. The third type of device utilizes inertia force and braking force of the motor vehicle to store energy and increase running mileage. The third type of device utilizes inertia force and braking force of the motor vehicle to charge a storage battery, a power switching mechanism flames out an engine when the storage battery is full of electricity, and an electric motor is utilized to drive the motor vehicle. The running mileage is increased under the condition that any energy is not consumed.
