A device for preventing dizziness during meeting of motor vehicles at night is characterized in that a first polarized light device is arranged in front of a headlight of a vehicle, a second polarized light device is arranged in the vehicle in front of a driver or on a windshield, and the polarization direction of the first polarized light device and the polarization direction of the second polarized light device have a difference of 90 degrees. By applying the device provided by the invention, when two vehicles running in opposite directions meet, drivers of the two vehicles can only see dim headlights of the opposite sides and even cannot see the headlights of the vehicles of the opposite sides, but the drivers can see clearly diffused light generated by reflecting light emitted to the road surface ahead by the headlights of the two vehicles, and the vehicles of the opposite sides per se, and thus can accurately judge the vehicles of the opposite sides and the presence status, so that the driving safety is guaranteed. As the polarization direction of the first polarized light device and the polarization direction of the second polarized light device have the difference of 90 degrees, the goal of preventing dizziness during meeting of two vehicles can be achieved.
