The invention provides a general tail wing capable of improving automobile driving stability. The general tail wing solves the problems that after the airflow passes through the tail wing, the obvious eddy exists, aerodynamics characteristics of an automobile are poor, and after the airflow blows rear windshield glass, the airflow stagnation will happen. The general tail wing is technically characterized in that two spoiler lengthening plates are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of a spoiler, and the included angles between the spoiler lengthening plates and the spoiler are 15 degrees; and wind breaking shield pieces are arranged at the bent corner positions of the spoiler and the spoiler lengthening plates. The general tail wing has the beneficial effects that the length of the tail wing is increased, and therefore the running time of the automobile top airflow on an automobile body is prolonged, so that the turbulent kinetic energy of the airflow is indirectly reduced, and air resistance is reduced; the tail angle of the spoiler is raised, and therefore the airflow flowing through the tail wing is away from the rear windshield glass; and the dirt retention phenomenon of the rear windshield glass is avoided, the aerodynamic performance of the whole automobile is improved, and the cleaning degree of the whole automobile is greatly improved.
