The purpose of the present invention is to provide: a joined member assembly method that makes it possible to increase the efficiency of an assembly step by omitting a step in which a seam is created by machining in accordance with a measured gap shape; and a joined member assembled by the joined member assembly method. A joined member assembly method is provided with: a step in which a substrate (20a) is inserted in a gap (17) between a superposed first component (15) and a second component (16), said substrate (20a) being configured from a multilayer fabric that is capable of expanding as a result of heating and that is flexible after expansion and a reinforcing material woven into the multilayer fabric; a step in which the substrate (20a) is heated and made to expand in the thickness direction; a step in which the gap (17) is filled with a resin (18) and the substrate (20a) is impregnated with the resin (18); and a step in which the resin (18) is cured.

    La présente invention a pour objet de fournir : un procédé d'assemblage d'élément assemblé qui permet d'accroître l'efficacité d'une étape d'assemblage par omission d'une étape à laquelle un joint est créé par usinage en fonction d'une forme d'espacement mesurée ; et un élément assemblé assemblé par le procédé d'assemblage d'élément assemblé. Un procédé d'assemblage d'élément assemblé selon l'invention comprend : une étape à laquelle un substrat (20a) est inséré dans un espacement (17) entre un premier composant (15) superposé et un second composant (16), ledit substrat (20a) étant configuré à partir d'un tissu multicouche capable de se dilater sous l'effet du chauffage et qui est flexible après la dilatation et d'un matériau de renforcement tissé dans le tissu multicouche ; une étape à laquelle le substrat (20a) est chauffé et amené à se dilater dans le sens de l'épaisseur ; une étape à laquelle l'espacement (17) est rempli d'une résine (18) et le substrat (20a) est imprégné de la résine (18) ; et une étape à laquelle la résine (18) est durcie.
