A trailer for hauling tyres in an upstanding position thereon is described. The trailer includes a ladder frame having a front end and a rear end; one or more pairs of transverse rails mounted on the ladder frame between the front and rear ends thereof, each pair of transverse rails being configured to support a lower circumferential surface of one or more tyres in an upstanding position thereon; and a tyre stillage associated with each pair of transverse rails for supporting the one of more upstanding tyres thereagainst. The tyre stillage may be provided with a restrainer configured to engage the one or more upstanding tyres and restrain lateral movement of the one or more upstanding tyres relative to the tyre stillage. --- --- -- - .. .# . ... -- ---- - aLoll N" J.
