Abstract A TDOA Geolocation method is built to derive unique locations of passive radio transmitters, that is, radio transmitters that do not cooperate. The method can be adapted equally well both to the Newtonian and the post-Newtonian framework of the earth surrounding space. The radio transmitters may be either on the earth surface or in the outer space. The post-Newtonian corrections found by this method reach several meters.
