This chapter introduces theory and methods for geolocation of emitter on earth using the time difference of arrival(TDOA) and frequency difference of arrival(FDOA) of signal intercepted by dual low earth orbit(LEO) and high earth orbit(HEO) satellites. The error of geolocation is also analyzed and the measuring methods of TDOA and FDOA by cross ambiguity function(CAF) are introduced.
