Pittsburgh and Lake Erie made certain track changes and installed new signaling facilities at two junctions as part of arrangement made so that Baltimore and Ohio could operate its through passenger and freight trains over P. and L.E. tracks through Pittsburgh; joint trackage extends 59 mi.
