Factors to be considered in increasing size of airplanes; enlarging is probably limited by fact that empty weight increases disproportionately with enlargement; views of Lanchester and Everling are taken up; in Rohrbach enlargement method no geometic enlargement can properly be assumed, and due to increased wing loading, wing area does not increase in proportion to full load. From Offermann's "Riesenflugzeuge" (1927) pp. 184-193.
