Factors to be considered in increasing size of airplanes; enlarging is probably limited by fact that empty weight increases disproportionately with enlargement; views of Lanchester and Everling are taken up; in Rohrbach enlargement method no geometic enlargement can properly be assumed, and due to increased wing loading, wing area does not increase in proportion to full load.
