Preparedness of aircraft industry for rapid production of service machines in event of international war; light commercial aircraft are now being built in rapidly increasing numbers, and emphasis is laid on adaptability of these for training purposes and obligation and privilege of builders to become informed on how they can supply greatly increased numbers for military training schools with least delay and least shock to their own producing organizations.
