Theory for aerodynamic forces and moments which act on airplane as result of flight through turbulent air, and for associated dynamic response of aircraft utilizes H.S.RIBNER's spectral theory of phenomenon, and extends it to specific formulation of forces and moments; final expressions give forces and moments in terms of set of aerodynamic derivatives like those used in stability and flutter analysis; tables and graphs of relevant input spectra.
