Paper deals with some of 3-dimensional aspects of orbits in close vicinity to planet, i.e., orbits of arrival and departure, studied from standpoint of flight economy; it is assumed to deal with high thrust accelerations such as would be obtained from chemical propulsion; one special case of arrival, i.e., return to Earth, is considered.
