Analytical phase worked out on basis of seven-degree-of-freedom system combining elastic deflections of rotor blades, shaft, pylon, and fuselage; frequencies and mode shapes, calculated for dynamic model helicopter and compared with measured values, show good agreement and indicate that frequencies and mode shapes can be adequately predicted if structural properties of helicopter are known.
