Thrust augmentation of 2-dimensional central nozzle ejector for VTOL applications was determined for range of values of secondary to primary flow area ratio, mixing tube length to width ratio and mixing tube diffusion angle; maximum thrust augmentation was obtained for mixing tube length to width ratio of about 6 for all area ratios; augmentation increased as secondary to primary area ratio was increased to value of 19, and remained at constant value of 1.3 with further increases in area ratio.
