Distant water trawler named Cape Canaveral was built by Cochrane and Sons, has joined fleet of Ross Group of Grimsby, and is being operated from Hull by Hudson Bros Trawlers, Ltd; length oa 205 ft, breadth molded 33 ft 6 in., depth molded 17 ft 3 in., fishroom capacity 19,500 cu ft; 6-cyl Mirrlees Monarch diesel engine develops maximum continuous 1800 shp at 225 rpm.
