Study of extrapolation of Load-Line modulus; reference to International Load-Line Regulations and to calculations of various national societies; modulus factor is proposed which, it is considered, satisfactorily interpolates strength of world's largest vessels and should therefore form sound basis for any future development of Inter-national Load-Line Regulations. Abstract of paper before Instn Naval Architects.
