Demiryolu of 1332 tons gross, built by Denizcilik Bankasi T.A.O., is for operation between two railway terminals of Sirkeci and Haydarpasa, both in Istanbul Harbor; length oa 241 ft, molded breadth 49 ft 4 in., molded depth 15 ft 9 in.; main deck is laid with three rows of railway lines and upper surface has been flushed-up for alternative carriage of motor vehicles; two reciprocating steam engines each have output of 640 ihp at 140 rpm.
