Development of MH-3 fully submerged type hydrofoil craft equipped with auto-pilot system; relationship between system parameters and characteristic roots, transient responses and motion in waves of control system are investigated at cruising speed of 30 knots; preliminary system parameters are determined using digital computer to synthesize longitudinal control system.
