Improved punctuality and timings are significant features of return to normal conditions; improvements made possible mainly by encouraging staff, improved methods of working, elimination of unnecessary delays and removal of speed restrictions; with arrival of additional new and powerful locomotives, obsolete engines will be replaced, and further improvement in engine reliability, performance, and speed is expected.
