Plywood is being used in 225 40-ft end-ice-bunker refrigerator cars being constructed at Chicago plant of Fruit Growers Express Co, Burlington Refrigerator Express Co is also building at its Plattsmouth, Nebraska, shops 75 Preco fan equipped refrigerator cars of same general design except that vertical grain fir car siding is used instead of plywood sheathing; constructional details given.
