To solve Oregon's most serious traffic problem, Denver-Union traffic interchange on Pacific Highway north of Portland was completed last Dec; officially 1/3 mile in length, project consists of direct traffic interchange facility, including combinations of one-direction traffic lanes and traffic separation structures, sections of river levee and miscellaneous appurtenant work; constructional details.
