First of three cars of British construction completed for Jamaica Government Railway at works at Ware of D. Wickham and Co, feature is low weight achieved largely due to Wickham system of stressed car frame construction; Perkins engine governed to 1750 rpm with rating of 65 bhp so that two power trucks gives rating of 130 bhp; length 42 ft 11 in.; width 10 ft 1 1/8 in.; height 10 ft 4 in.
