Total basin plan as well as its quays and characteristics suitable for most important modern cargo vessels are discussed; layout of typical quay comprises 45 m wide earth platform along quay with five railway tracks, 40 m wide 100 m long sheds, and two railway tracks and roadway on other shed's side; normal equipment consists of four 6-ton cranes of 30 m radius; platforms are illuminated by floodlights; 60,000 ton phosphate silo will be built; five 10-ton cranes will be used for unloading of ships.
