Results of model resistance, propulsion and seakeeping tests on form that has block coefficient to 0.835 and large bulb at forefoot, intended for use in tankers and bulk carriers; results are also given for similar tests on special design of hull form for Great Lakes vessel, object of which is to determine whether or not satisfactory performance can be achieved at sea, as vessels built for Great Lakes service are no longer landlocked.
