New rail, truck, deep sea terminal near mouth of Brazos River at Freeport, on Gulf of Mexico, has 900 ft of deep sea dockage for largest dry cargo ships as well as small ships and barges; construction of wharf and transit shed; dock was built on dry land and channel dredged to it.
