Six fuel oil stations installed by Southern Railway, to provide facilities for two 6-car Diesel electric trains, each consists of two storage tanks, motor operated pump, hose and pipe connections, etc; each installation embodies oil unloading track and service track; storage capacity of 20,000 gal provided at each station; tanks are cylindrical in shape, 10 ft in diam and 17 ft 9 in. long.
