First of new series of 5 Polish built "mother" ships is designed essentially as fish processing factory in which maximum automation has been introduced; "B-64" series are shelterdeckers of about 10,000 tons dw, with machinery arranged aft; length oa 165.45 m, breadth molded 21.3 m, depth to shelter deck 12. 6 m, draft 8.08 m, capacity of cooled holds 10,530 cu m, capacity of cod liver oil tanks 230 cu m; Burmeister and Wain engine develops 6800 bhp at 115 rpm.
