With advent of long distance flights, problem of flight feeding has become more complex; program being conducted by Air Material Command to determine effect of flying on various phases of food absorption transformation, transportation, and utilization; nutritional requirements of flying personnel, physiological and psychological problems involved, and known methods of inflight feeding discussed.
