150-ft former Boston trawler, refitted as fish factory ship, and renamed Ocean-life; length oa 150 ft; beam 25 ft; depth 14.5 ft; powered by 690-hp Diesel engine; refrigeration plant is 20-ton Latta Bros unit; vessel is designed for processing, packing and freezing of ground fish at sea; it can remain on fishing banks for as long as 3 wk, and then land maximum cargo of 150,000 lb of prime fillets frozen in fresh condition.
