Resume of noise problem created by propeller testing and steps taken to arrive at solution; comparative results obtained with two methods of soundproofing propeller test houses; tile soundproofing appears to be definitely superior to blanket soundproofing from standpoint of permanency, accessibility for mounting engine and propeller, ease of cleaning, ease of making repairs, and fire hazard.
