Two new R series passenger chassis, 192-in. wheelbase R192 and 226-in. wheelbase R226, although generally similar in layout to their predecessors, are redesigned from stem to stern and only few items like fuel tank and spare wheel carrier remain unaltered; turbocharged engine, offered as option, is derived from normally aspirated 360-cu in. engine and develops 150 bhp gross at 2400 rpm with 349-lb-ft torque, gross, at 1800 rpm; modifications to normally aspirated design are outlined together with other constructional details.
