Investigation of long term programming of future space flights and of launching operations in particular, based on principal parameters of projects; it is shown that it is possible to evaluate launching costs as function of number of flights with sufficient precision for long term programming; other parameters of programming are also investigated in detail, tabulated and graphically presented; cost trends in future decade for manned or unmanned orbital flights, Earth-Moon, and Earth-Mars flights are indicated.
