New double track of modern design laid between old tracks on Main street by Winnipeg Electric Co. without halting regular service or inconveniencing patrons; old track had been laid at 25 ft. 3 in.; this allowed just enough room to construct new tracks at 12 ft. centers without disturbing old rails.
