Pulse-Reactor Engine Program is aimed at developing efficient, but low-cost, high performance lift-propulsion systems that have no moving parts; engine combustor rejects foreign particles that are denser than air and can operate in interface between surface and air that is denied to other aircraft lift-propulsion systems; pulse reactor cycle is explained and possible configurations are considered.
