Builders have followed advice of government railway authorities, who had informed them that, owing to inconsiderable number of locomotives needed in next few years, builders must help themselves by elimination of various works held to be superfluous; concentration movement is to be continued with further support of Reich railway authorities; apparently authorities have imposed certain conditions on four principal builders in regard to rationalization of types of locomotives and community of working.
