Railway local passenger service; outstanding feature of design apart from wheel arrangement is boiler internal diameter, which is 4 ft. 5 in.; cylinders, diameter 16 1/2 in.; water capacity of tanks is 2000 gal.; coal capacity, 3 1/2 tons; develops tractive force at 85 per cent of boiler pressure of 18,030 lb.
