Abstract of J. Pringle's report to Ministry of Transport of inquiry into causes of accident to passenger train which became derailed near Sevenoaks, on Southern Railway; cause of derailment was attributed to rolling movement of engine; finds that condition of road, in respect of foundation and maintenance, was initial cause of rolling motion set up on engine.
