Paving of concrete; special care was used to make paving waterproof, particularly along rail; standard A. S. C. E. 80-lb., 5-in. Carnegie open-hearth T-rail, in 33-ft. lengths; rails are supported on creosoted Southern yellow pine and kyanized Northern spruce ties.
