In author's opinion most of equipment of Royal Air Force is obsolete; problems introduced by developments of jets and gas turbine propulsion, rockets, self propelled and guided missiles, and atomic bombs; problems of equipping new fighter with means of destroying high speed bombers in all weathers, and of providing new bomber with means of defense against fighters.
