Completion of road will give Toronto, north-south artery, relieving traffic congestion; various bridge structures illustrated and described were designed for maximum use of Canadian steel and other materials and maximum economy of construction; project carried out by Toronto Dept of Works; total length 6860 ft, right of way 70 ft wide, providing for 54-ft roadway and two 8-ft sidewalks.
