Studies made in connection with introduction of lightweight, high-speed trains into regular service on Burlington Lines indicate that minor improvements in line and surface will meet new requirements amply; speed reduced in specified zones; track maintenance; changes in superelevation on curves; signal changes; highway grade-crossings.
