Various characteristics of three alloys containing magnesiumsilicide constituent, A51S, 53S and 61S, compared in detail with highest strength copper-bearing alloys 24S and 14S, which are currently being used generally for construction of airplanes; technical details given with aim of utilization of these materials to greater extent in airplane parts.
