A safe, comfortable, economical and beautiful cabin can provide good aboard experiences for passengers. This will enhance the market competitiveness of domestic commercial aircraft.By studying foreign successful experience and the development of aircraft cabin industrial design, four elements of cabin industrial design are analyzed and three design methods are introduced.According to the trend of aviation market,a balance point between the economy and comfort of the cabin is sought in this paper, and the appropriate number of guest seats and cabin seating layout are determined.Adopting kansei engineering design method and virtual reality design method, the cabin interior space and board equipment are designed from the view of safety, passenger demands,CMF(color, material& finishing)and the airlines.Take a wide-body aircraft as an example, its cabin is designed to verify the accuracy and feasibility of the design method.T he method will provide the theoretical basis and design reference for the jetliner in development.
