The mid-course ballistic flight is the research focus of various missile defense systems, and the development of kinetic energy interceptors has reached the level of refinement and precision, the mid-course penetration technology of ballistic missiles is posing challenges. Aiming at the interception of kinetic energy interceptors and the mid-course maneuver penetration of ballistic missiles, this paper studies a new interceptor-ballistic penetration maneuver strategy, and the successful interception strategy of the interceptor under the non-mobile situation of the ballistic and the successful penetration strategy of the ballistic under the maneuvering situation. An attack-defense confrontation model is constructed in the velocity vector plane of the interceptor and the ballistic. Based on the dynamic principle and singular perturbation theory, two different miss distance calculation formulas are used to determine the success of interceptor or ballistic. The simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the maneuvering model, which has certain reference value.
