The article proposes a complex approach to the notion of corporate culture as a basic function of management and discloses its role in realization of business-system’s strategical potential, describes interconnection of corporate culture with socio-labour relations and behaviour in organization. This approach makes it possible to raise target, social and economic effectiveness of labour disputes in company management.
