The different applications that depend on new technologies of the Internet of vehicle (IoV) have confirmed that the further extension of the vehicle’s senses based on vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication and vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) will lead to the next leap in traffic systems. To study the multi-vehicles cooperative collision avoidance problem, especially in the vehicle ad hoc networks (VANETs), this paper presents a comprehensive approach for design and analysis of behaviors of connected vehicles. It considers the sharing information among neighbors, which enables partnership between vehicles so as to lead to the global self-organization of multiple vehicles. It is significant for the further investigation of applications of connected vehicles and the simulation results prove the model is efficient.
